How to reset your password

When logging into TextNow.com, directly below the username and password section you will see a link which says "Forgot your username or Password?"

 *If you have not associated an email address with your TextNow account, and require Support to manually reset your password, click HERE 

Clicking on this link will provide you with a form to enter your associated email address. Our system will then send an automated email to the email you have listed within your account. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the password reset.

*You must have set your email address within your profile on TextNow.com prior to attempting the password reset.
